Delivery timelines vary depending on availability, courier, and customs clearance.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in advance (full or deposit).
Prices are subject to change depending on supplier rates, shipping, and taxes.
In case of price adjustment, we will notify you before confirming the order.
3. Delivery
Local delivery is available across Kenya.
International imports may take 7–60 days depending on shipping method (courier, cargo, sea freight).
Spares Mall is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier, or force majeure events.
4. Returns & Refunds
Parts once ordered/imported cannot be cancelled unless supplier accepts return.
Refunds apply only for:
